Incredible View property in highly desired Mountain Oaks Subdivision!! This is one of the last remaining View properties in Mountain Oaks just waiting for a dream home to be established here!! Situated near the end of the paved road making this immediate location more private and less subject to traffic. Majestic view to the West looking over Dry Creek Canyon and Butte Valley all the way to Coastal Mountains and Sutter Buttes. You also have an outstanding view to the East with Lake Oroville and Lime Saddle Marina, you'll get the best of both views here!! Mountains Oaks is a gated community with custom homes of all shapes and sizes, no cookie cutter homes here. Nice open common areas with all underground utilities and smooth paved roads, and more set backs between homes for extra space too. Close enough to services, with Paradise central 10 mins and Chico 15 mins, making this a prime location. If you're into fishing, boating, or chilling on the Lake, Lime Saddle Marina and a boat launch is 2 mins away!! This could be the one!!
